Welcome to your first Panel. Here is where we will judge and critique your photos this week. We will pull you up by groups of four. First group: Anne, Avril, Beyoncé, Coco  Danielle: "I love the outfit. I think the pose is pretty good too. But the background is very distracting, and it would be very confusing for the cover of Elle magazine."Jayden: "I think it's a good picture and pose of Anne but I don't like the random girl in the mirror in the background. The background is what had the most impact on the score I gave."Veora: "You look good, but that background could never be used for the cover of Elle." Danielle: "I love this. It's fierce. It's fabulous. It shows a lot of your personality, and I love the edginess. This is definitely one of my favorites."Jayden: "Love love love it. The focus is on you, the pose is great and I love the serious but beautiful vibe it gives off."Veora: "You go, girl! That's all I have to say about this photo. Work it!" Danielle: "You did such a great job with this. You look beautiful. I love your hair blowing -- it is an awesome effect. I think this would work great as the cover of Elle."Jayden: "Love this as well. You did a great job picking a picture that fit the criteria we wanted. Gorgeous."Veora: "Girl, your face is FIERCE. No problems with this one, sistah" Danielle: "I will admit that I'm not a huge fan of this photo. Your eyes are definitely smizing, and you are basically just standing there. I just think it is a bit of a boring photo, to be honest."Jayden: "I agree with Danielle when it comes to your pose. It just isn't as catching as some of the other photos. Did a good job keeping the focus on her though.Veora: "I think this was a safe choice. It just isn't blowing my socks off!" |

Next group: Deepika, Eve, Jessica, and Kim  Danielle: "You're working it, girl! I think you made yourself a definitely front-runner with this photo. I don't like that you're wearing a watch. Lol. But that is really minor."Jayden: "I do like this, the background is great and the pose is sexy as well. If i'm being honest there is something that is turning me off but I can't put my finger on it. Still, a great picture!"Veora: "I think this is a really good photo, and I think it would look great on the cover of Elle." Danielle: "I'm sorry, but I am really not liking this photo. I love your dress, but your face just isn't working in this picture at all."Jayden: "I agree with Danielle, i'm not a fan of the facial expression. I'm not a huge fan of the pose either but you'll get there."Veora:: [/i]"Sorry, but I'm not liking this at all. This isn't screaming model to me."[/i]  Danielle: "I love your dress, your hair, and your pose. But your face seems a little bland to me. This picture is good, but it doesn't totally stand out from the rest."Jayden: "I like this, it gives off a very classy vibe. I disagree with Danielle and I actually think the face works for you in this."Veora: "I like this. It isn't my favorite picture, but it was definitely a great choice for this shoot." Danielle: "Your eyes really draw me in to this photo. This was a good choice."Jayden: "This is very similar to Jessica's picture, however; I think her hair blowing gives hers a little more of an edge"Veora: "I think this was a really safe choice. Next group: Maggie, Nicole, and Taylor  Danielle: "I think you took a bit of a risk going for something so edgy, but I am totally in love with it. This is a great photo, and it is probably my favorite of the bunch."Jayden: "Risky I agree, but stunning. It's very catching and breath taking. One of my favorites as well!"Veora: "Girl, you ARE Elle! Sensational! Perfect choice." Danielle: "This picture is okay. It isn't one of the stand-outs. I wish you were doing a little more with your face, but it isn't bad."Jayden: "The face isn't really working for me. Just keep working on it!"Veora: "I really like your pose! But I have to agree that your face just isn't working it." Danielle: "Honestly, this photo was the one that truly stood out to out of all the rest. But there is a link on your shirt that I wish you would have cropped out. Otherwise, it is great. You just have to be careful about pictures that are watermarked."Jayden: "I completely agree with Danielle, it is one of my favorites but the link on the shirt kind of ruins it. If that would have been photoshopped out or cropped out I definitely think you would have been in the top 3"Veora: "You would have been at the very top of my list for a winner if there wasn't that link on the picture. That's my only problem with this picture." |

Anne and Eve, please step forward.
Anne, the judges loved you in your photo, but your background was too distracting to use in Elle magazine.
Eve, you followed directions well and used a good background, but the judges just weren't sure if they saw a model in you.
So who stays and who goes?
